These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 44Traders platform and services. By registering an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your country of residence. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC)

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, we require identity verification before you can deposit funds or withdraw. This includes a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

4. Trading Services

44Traders provides access to trading in financial instruments including CFDs on cryptocurrencies, forex, stocks, indices and commodities. All trading involves significant risk of financial loss.

• CFD trading involves leverage which can magnify both profits and losses
• Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results
• You should not invest more than you can afford to lose
• AI trading tools are provided for assistance only — they do not guarantee profits

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is $250. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawals as required by law.

6. Fees

Trading fees start from 0.05% per trade. There are no monthly subscription fees. Full fee schedules are available in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to update fees with 30 days notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Using automated bots not provided or approved by us
• Attempting to manipulate markets or exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Creating multiple accounts without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

44Traders is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, technical failures, or decisions made based on information provided on this platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software and AI algorithms on this platform are the intellectual property of 44Traders Ltd. and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the CySEC framework.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
